Leon will face monstrous and aggressive mutants, as well as local people, whose minds have long been enslaved by the Las Plagas parasites. Leading his own investigation, he finds himself in an old European village, which is inhabited by ardent fanatics of a mysterious sect, called Los Illuminados, which is the initiator of the abduction of the girl. In the fourth part of the action, the special agent Leon Kennedy gets a very important task – to rush to search for the kidnapped daughter of the US President.
